- Rentals are Friday to Friday during Peak Season. Holiday rate for 3 nights is $2300.
- Two nights offered only within month of arrival. Contact us for rates.
- There is a 5% discount for two or more consecutive weeks.
- In winter, there is a 15% discount for 4 + weeks.
- A rental deposit (50% of total rental amount) is required to reserve.
- Please add 11% county tax.
- Security deposit is $1000.
- Balance due Peak Season: 90 days prior to arrival.
- Balance due other seasons: 60 days prior to arrival.
- Visa and Master Card accepted.
- Spa is for lower unit only.
- Smoking allowed outside only.
- Check in 3PM, check out 11AM.
