- Rentals are Friday to Friday during Peak Season.
- There is a 5% discount for two or more consecutive weeks.

- A rental deposit (50% of total rental amount) is required to reserve.

- Security deposit is $1000.
- Balance due Peak Season: 90 days prior to arrival.
- Balance due other seasons: 60 days prior to arrival.
